How We Operate
Whenever a ship comes under our management, our management team becomes active right from time when negotiations for sale / purchase or change of management progress. As a first step, our management team reviews the vessel’s sale / purchase inspection report & Memorandum of Agreement or vessel’s operational details maintained on behalf of previous managers. Basis our expertise we provide our customer a preliminary estimate of monthly budget, vessel daily operating cost and a detailed summary of earnings till the residual value of vessel. This gives our customer an idea of cash flow position.
Thereafter once the vessel is entrusted to us, our requisite management services become operational for safe operation of vessel based on our ethics and policy. While vessel is in service we reassess vessel’s condition and prepare estimate of total cost involved for optimum operation of vessel during remaining life span of vessel. Basis this estimate, a year wise operating budget is prepared, daily operating cost is evaluated and all details are submitted to our customer for their perusal & approval. Finally ship management operations are conducted actively keeping in mind the final approved budgeted cost.
